NCCH Consulting Project

North Coast Community Homes (NCCH) hired my MBA group as consultants to solve their communication gap between home care providers and property managers employees by the organization. NCCH develops and maintains safe, comfortable, and affordable community housing of high quality for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other disabilities.
